Scenario	Identification	Justification
In a session of National Assembly with the participation of different political parties, all members of PTI will belong to which group in sociological terms?	In-group	As we know that In-group is social group commanding a member’s esteem and loyalty. So in the given scenario all the members of PTI have same interests and are loyal to each other hence it is an in group.
All the Colleagues of different departments in an organization meeting daily at office cafeteria and often sharing jokes at lunch will belong to which group in sociological terms?	Secondary groups	As Secondary group is a large and impersonal social group whose members pursue a specific interest or activity. So in the given scenario the colleagues are meeting daily and doing different activities hence it is a secondary group.
University Students of 1st semester looking forward to perform exceptionally good in the finals like their senior class in sociology subject. To them the senior class students will belong to which group in sociological terms?	Reference group	As we know reference group is a social group that serves as a point of reference in making evaluations and decisions. Hence in the given scenario  Students of 1st semester are making their seniors as reference points for getting success.
Military Teams of Russia and Pakistan participating in the International Military Drill Competition in the UK. Both teams while in competition exhibit which type of group?	Out Group	As  Out-group is a social group toward which one feels in competition or opposition. Hence in the given scenario, there is a competition between military teams of Pakistan and Russia.
