Assignment Objectives: 1: Displacement In this behaving in a way that's opposite of what you're feeling known as displacement. 2: Rationalization   In this you rationalize or make excuses for your feelings and behavior known as rationalization. rationalization (also known as making excuses) is a defense mechanism in which controversial behaviors or feelings are justified and explained in a seemingly rational or logical manner to avoid the true explanation, and are made consciously tolerable.

Like in this scenario Altamash failed because he has no preparation of exams but he blaimed on teacher thet she did not like him.

3: Regression In this you mentally go back to a time in your life when you felt safer or more accepted know as regression. Regression functions as form of retreat, enabling a person to psychologically go back in time to a period when the person felt safer. Like in this scenario Zarnish was in tension and having a suicide ideation and serve depression. But in seession she totally changed her behavior and acted like a child or a baby.
