Assignment Objectives:1:	Displacement	In this behaving in a way that's opposite of what you're feeling known as displacement.Displacement is a psychological defense mechanism in which a person redirects a negative emotion from its original source to a less threatening recipient. like in this scenario alina was angry because of her teacher but she slaped on her brother in anger.
2:	Rationalization	In this you rationalize or make excuses for your feelings and behavior known as rationalization. rationalization (also known as making excuses) is a defense mechanism in which controversial behaviors or feelings are justified and explained in a seemingly rational or logical manner to avoid the true explanation, and are made consciously tolerable. Like in this scenario Altamash failed because he has no preparation of exams but he blaimed on teacher thet she did not like him.
3:	Regression	In this you mentally go back to a time in your life when you felt safer or more accepted know as regression. Regression functions as form of retreat, enabling a person to psychologically go back in time to a period when the person felt safer. Like in this scenario Zarnish was in tension and having a suicide ideation and serve depression. But in seession she totally changed her behavior and acted like a child or a baby.
4:	sublimation	I this you transform "bad" urges into positive and productive activities known as sublimation. In sublimation, Sigmund Freud saw energy from the desires of the id, particularly sexual urges, being transformed into thoughts and activities that were socially valued. In other words, the instinctual impulses were channeled into non-instinctual pursuits.
