And there are Three main characteristics of The Perry Johnson Method:-

1. It promotes teamwork in problem solving. 

2. It leads to continual improvement.

3. It approaches problems as normal by-products of change.

In my opinion TQM emphasize on correction of problems and refers to CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT by:-

1. Enhancing value to the customer through new and improved products and services;

2. Improving productivity and operational performance through better work processes and reductions in errors, defects, and waste; and

3. Improving flexibility, responsiveness, and cycle time performance.
