 ANSWER     Knowledge management is important because it boosts the efficiency of an organization decision making ability. In making sure that all employees have access to the overall expertise held within the organization.

The purpose of the knowledge management process is to share perspectives ideas experience and information.

Definition 1 knowledge management is the process of creating sharing and using and managing the knowledge and information of an organization.

2 Knowledge management is the name of concept in which an enterprise consciously and comprehensively gathers organizes shares and analyzes its knowledge in the terms of resources documents   and people skills. 

3 knowledge management is the way you manage your organization when you understand the value of your knowledge.
