1 payment for performance

    Here we want to create a system in which the company pays for performance.  If the leader's performance is the best, the company pays more as a bonus or incentive monthly or quarterly.

    2- Conversation and discussion

    If there is a problem between the agent and the manager, try to solve the problem from one conversation to another and discuss to solve the problem on a single table, this is also the best way to solve the office problem.

    3 contract and contract

    In this situation, the agent and shareholder want to sign a contract or contact the agency to pay more for a certain purpose, which the agent pays a certain amount to the shareholder and the agent who wrote the contract or contact, so this is also the most  good way to reduce the agency problem.

    4-commission and bonus
